Role Description The Referral Partner role at TechKyro is an on-site position based in Mathura. The Referral Partner will identify potential clients and business opportunities, build and maintain relationships within local networks, and refer qualified leads to TechKyro's sales and business development teams. Day-to-day tasks include networking in person, explaining TechKyro's services to prospective clients, tracking referrals, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth follow-up and onboarding.



The role also involves gathering feedback from referred clients and sharing market insights to support continuous improvement of services and outreach strategies. This position requires a proactive approach to relationship-building and a strong interest in technology-driven business solutions.

Qualifications
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in sales support, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally in technology or services sectors.
Comfortable with in-person networking, presentations, and explaining technical services in explicit, simple terms.
Basic understanding of software, web development, digital marketing, or SaaS solutions is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to track referrals, document interactions, and follow up consistently.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently on-site in Mathura.
