Issue Resolution: Act as an internal client advocate, promptly addressing complaints and coordinating with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
Performance Tracking: Analyze account metrics, prepare status reports, and schedule regular check-ins to review goals and strategies.
Contract Management: Lead the contract renewal process, negotiate agreements, and ensure seamless delivery of services.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
