Position: Trainee Bodyshop Advisor

Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand vehicle damage/repair requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain repair work to customers.
Coordinate with insurance, surveyor, technicians, and workshop team.
Follow up on vehicle repair status and delivery timelines.
Update customers regularly regarding repair progress.
Assist in preparing estimates and insurance documentation.
Ensure proper vehicle inspection before delivery.
Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback.
Eligibility
Qualification: ITI & Diploma Compulsory
Fresher can apply; automobile/bodyshop knowledge will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn automobile bodyshop processes.
