Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and other site teams.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
Ensure proper quality and safety standards at the site.
Identify and resolve site-related issues.




Coordinate material requirements and support project execution.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
Candidates with positive knowledge of site execution and construction activities are preferred.
Willingness to travel to project sites is mandatory.
Local candidates from Manamadurai and nearby areas are preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently at the project site.
