Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our real estate projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
Explain real estate projects and services offered by Houselink360.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.
Maintain call records and update customer details in CRM or internal systems.
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:




Any graduate or diploma holder.
Positive communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
Experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred.

Preferred Qualification:
Experience in real estate telesales is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Work Location: Porur, Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office only

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
