Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with B.Ed

Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students in accordance with the school's curriculum guidelines.




Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to actively engage students in their learning, including interactive technology, group activities, and hands-on experiences.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, and participate in staff meetings and career development opportunities.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
