We're looking for a solid finance person to support our scaling operations and to lead key financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end financial accounting, reconciliation, and MIS reporting Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
Ensure statutory compliance — GST, TDS, Income Tax, RBI/NBFC regulatory filings
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and fund planning
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audits and assessments.
Prepare financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards
Support leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making
Monitor loan disbursement accounting, NPA classification, and provisioning
Required Qualifications & Experience
CMA / MBA (Finance)
or equivalent qualification
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in NBFC/BFSI/fintech
Solid knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC compliance
Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP (Tally, SAP, or similar)
Solid analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling
Working Hours and Days
Full Time: Monday to Saturday (Sat – WFH)
10:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
