Key Responsibilities
Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgical procedures.
Arrange and check surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during procedures.
Maintain strict aseptic and infection-control practices.
Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and handling of instruments.
Check the availability and functionality of OT equipment.
Assist with patient positioning and secure transfer of patients.
Maintain proper records of surgical procedures, instruments, and consumables.
Ensure proper counting of instruments, needles, and surgical items before and after procedures.
Handle and dispose of biomedical waste according to hospital protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the OT between procedures.
Report equipment issues, shortages, or other concerns to the concerned supervisor.

Qualifications
Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology.
Relevant certification from a recognized institution.
1–3 years of experience in an Operation Theatre (preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
