Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard for our real estate project.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor entry and exit of workers, visitors, and vehicles.
Maintain visitor and vehicle entry records.
Secure the project site, buildings, equipment, and construction materials.
Conduct regular rounds of the property.
Prevent unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
Monitor the movement of materials in and out of the site.
Immediately report theft, damage, accidents, or other incidents to management.
Maintain discipline and ensure security procedures are followed.

Requirements




Previous security experience preferred.
Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Positive observation and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work a 12-hour shift.
Experience working at a construction or real estate site is an advantage.

Salary: ₹14,000–₹16,000/month
Working Hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
