We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Holiday Sales Advisor to join our travel sales team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of holiday destinations, excellent customer-handling skills, and a proven track record of converting travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget, and expectations.
Recommend and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare attractive and competitive quotations and detailed travel itineraries.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.




Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth booking execution.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings in the CRM.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Holiday Sales / Travel Sales / Tour & Travel industry.
Proven experience in selling international holiday packages.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations and holiday products.
Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.
Positive follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
