Role Description The Store Manager at Bombay Jewellers is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff supervision, customer service, visual merchandising, and inventory control. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment, handling customer inquiries and escalations, and driving sales performance. The Store Manager monitors store budgets, implements promotional activities, and enforces loss prevention procedures. The position includes training and coaching team members, maintaining compliance with company policies,



and preparing regular reports on store performance.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and coordinate with management.
Proficiency in Store Management, including overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and ensure adherence to security procedures.
Prior experience in retail, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Comfort with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in business, retail management, or related fields is an advantage.
