Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage the company’s social media presence, create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and drive audience engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest.
Plan, create, and schedule daily social media posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content aligned with the brand voice.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives and reels.
Create content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, and respond promptly.
Track social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities.
Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility organically.
Assist in executing influencer marketing and collaboration campaigns.
Support paid social media campaigns with the performance marketing team.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly social media performance reports.
Analyze insights and recommend strategies to improve engagement and growth.

Required Skills




Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
Solid content writing and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of reels, short-form video content, and trending audio.
Familiarity with social media analytics and insights.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Solid attention to detail and time management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Freshers with a robust portfolio of social media work may also apply.
Experience managing brand pages, campaigns, and influencer collaborations is an added advantage.
