Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for D2C brands across Meta and Google.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Monitor daily performance, budgets, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and other key metrics
Identify winning audiences, creatives, campaigns, and scaling opportunities
Work closely with the creative team to develop performance-focused ad creatives
Conduct regular campaign analysis and competitor research
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
Manage multiple D2C client accounts simultaneously
Support campaign scaling while maintaining profitability and efficiency





Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience working with D2C/e-commerce brands preferred
Positive understanding of funnels, attribution, CAC, ROAS, AOV, and conversion rates
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced agency environment and take ownership of accounts

Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
