Job Title: HR Faculty

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Faculty to join our academic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have solid subject expertise in Human Resource Management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), MHRM, or a related discipline.
Prior teaching, training, or HR industry experience is preferred.
Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Human Resource Management.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and assessments.
Evaluate assignments, projects, examinations, and student performance.
Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.




Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
Participate in academic activities and curriculum development.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of HR concepts, Labour Laws, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Training & Development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
