Duties & Responsibilities – Maintenance Supervisor
Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities across the resort.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply, STP, DG, pumps and other equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of rooms, public areas and facilities.
Attend to maintenance complaints and breakdowns promptly.
Coordinate with external technicians and contractors when required.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists and equipment/service logs.
Monitor inventory and proper use of maintenance tools and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and resort maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to guest services.
Report major breakdowns, repair requirements and maintenance expenses to the management.
Supervise maintenance staff and allocate daily duties effectively.
Ensure the resort premises, equipment and facilities are maintained in valuable working condition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
