Production Manager / Supervisor – Knitted Garments

Seven Seas Enterprise, a Mumbai-based apparel and textile manufacturing and an Export House with factory in Tirupur (Near Vanjipalayam), is looking for an experienced Production Manager / Supervisor to manage day-to-day knitted garment production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production to achieve quality and delivery targets.
Supervise sewing, finishing and packing operations and ensure smooth production flow.
Manage production supervisors, contractors, operators and helpers effectively.
Monitor productivity, efficiency, WIP, quality, rework and wastage.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Cutting, Stores, Maintenance and other departments.
Identify production bottlenecks and take timely corrective action.
Maintain production records and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure shop-floor discipline, safety and housekeeping.

Candidate Profile




5–10 years of relevant experience in knitted garment production.
Strong hands-on experience in Tiruppur knitwear manufacturing preferred.
Good manpower management, production planning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under production and delivery deadlines.
Knowledge of garment quality, productivity and efficiency improvement.
Positive communication and leadership skills. Prefer multi-lingual candidates.
Diploma/Degree in Textile, Garment Technology, Production or related field preferred.
