Position: Data Operator / Data Entry Operator

Job Responsibilities
Enter and update jewellery-related data accurately in Excel and company software.
Maintain records of jewellery items, orders, production details, and inventory.
Perform data entry, verification, and data updating on a daily basis.
Check documents and records for accuracy and correct discrepancies.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of data.
Prepare daily/weekly reports as required by the management.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Sales, Accounts, and other departments for data-related requirements.
Ensure all data is entered within the given timelines.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Perform other data-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
Positive typing speed with accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive numerical and data-handling skills.
Ability to maintain records systematically.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
Qualification
10th/12th pass or Graduate.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
