​About the Role:
Apex Covantage is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused HR Trainee / Front Office Executive to join our team. This role combines entry-level human resources functions with front-desk management, serving as the first point of contact for candidates, visitors, and clients.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Talent Acquisition Support: Sourcing candidates through job portals, screening resumes, and scheduling/conducting interviews.
​Front Desk Management: Greeting and assisting visitors, guests, and clients professionally.
​Call Handling: Managing incoming calls and directing them to the relevant departments.
​Query Resolution: Handling visitor/candidate queries and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
​Scheduling: Organizing and scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
​Documentation & Logs: Maintaining administrative records, internal documents, and visitor logs.
​Requirements & Qualifications:




​Education: MBA / PGDM – HR (Preferred) or Any Bachelor’s Degree.
​Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
​Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
​Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a skilled attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
