Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and basic screening.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in preparing job postings and recruitment communications.
Support the team with daily recruitment and HR activities.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Familiarity with Naukri/LinkedIn is an advantage.
Good MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced recruitment workplace.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
