Job Summary:
We're seeking a Delivery Executive to join our delivery network and ensure timely and safe delivery of customer orders. As a Delivery Executive, you'll be responsible for picking up packages from Flipkart hubs, delivering them to customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up packages from Flipkart hubs and deliver them to customers within the designated time slot.
Ensure secure handling and delivery of packages, verifying customer signatures and collecting payments.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries,
and resolving issues promptly.
Manage delivery routes efficiently, optimizing time and resources.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and adhere to traffic rules and safety guidelines.
Report any issues or concerns to the team lead.
Requirements:
driving license (2-wheeler).
Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery or logistics (freshers welcome if you have a passion for delivery).
Ability to ride a 2-wheeler.
Familiarity with local routes and addresses.
