Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Oracle services and a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT solutions. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the delivery of Oracle services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Oracle solutions.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of Oracle professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their skilled growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.




Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
12 - 20 years of experience in IT service delivery, with a focus on Oracle services.
Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale Oracle implementations.
Delivery experience with one or more of the following Oracle products: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion, Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), and Oracle Finance.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Qualified) are highly desirable.
