We are seeking a qualified Billing Engineer for our ISDM Project based in, Greater Noida.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for meticulous checking of contractor bills in line with actual site work.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare contract documents including Bills of Quantities in coordination with the Architect.
Conduct cost analysis based on architectural drawings, engineering estimates, material requirements, and labor inputs.
Prepare MBS of all items as per GFC drawings and get approvals from HO billing.
Generate PRW bills as per approved billing cycle.
Prepare monthly material reconciliation reports.
Create rate approval sheets with three quotations and forward to HO billing for final approval.
Verify BOQs of materials as per GFC drawings.
Enter escalation details in billing software for bill preparation.




Prepare BBS using BBS software (RebarCAD) as per GFC drawings and issue for execution.
Perform physical verification of work at site for bill validation.

Desired Candidate Profile:
B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in billing for Construction site/ building projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD and BBS preparation.
Willing to travel across multiple sites as required.
Immediate joiners only.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
