Hiring: Client Servicing Executive (Ahmedabad)

We're looking for an on-ground resource based in Ahmedabad to work closely with one of our clients.

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000–30,000/month

Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate between the client and our internal team on a day-to-day basis.
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Visit client stores regularly for meetings, content shoots and coordination.
Shoot social media content and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage using a smartphone.
Edit reels and short-form content for social media.
Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, timelines and follow-ups.

Requirements:
Based in Ahmedabad.




Fluent in Gujarati, with robust familiarity with rural Gujarati dialects and the ability to communicate confidently across urban and rural audiences.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable travelling to stores and managing on-ground activities independently.
Basic mobile videography and reel editing skills.
Prior experience in client servicing, content creation or social media is preferred.
