Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Assist customers by providing accurate information about the company's products and services.
Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow up with customers when required.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
Provide regular updates and reports on customer interactions.

Requirements




Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in customer support, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work independently from home.
Laptop and a stable internet connection are required.
