Key Responsibilities:

Windows Server Management:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments for optimal performance and reliability.

DNS Administration:
Manage and maintain DNS infrastructure to ensure seamless network operations.

SCOM Monitoring:
Monitor and manage system health and performance using System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).

ADFS Management:
Support day-to-day operations of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), including monitoring, basic configuration checks, and first-level troubleshooting of federation and SSO issues.

PKI Infrastructure:
Conduct routine PKI tasks, including certificate request processing, renewal tracking, and monitoring PKI services, escalating infrastructure-level issues as required.

Active Directory Administration:
Manage user accounts, group policies, and domain services.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies.

PowerShell Automation:
Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.

Entra ID & Entra ID Connect:




Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for Entra ID Connect and Entra ID services, including user synchronization issues and access requests.
Escalate complex issues to L3 support teams.

Security & Compliance:
Implement best practices to ensure the security and compliance of Windows Server and Active Directory settings.

Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows Server and Active Directory-related issues, collaborating with other IT teams for incident resolution.

Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Recommend infrastructure improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

ITSM Process Implementation:
Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including change management, request handling, and incident management.
