Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Operations & Infrastructure Management:
Manage and support production systems in cloud settings.
Operate and monitor cloud services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
Implement and maintain operational monitoring metrics for cloud services.
Apply best practices for networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.

Automation & CI/CD:
Automate deployment, configuration, and operational processes using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Support CI/CD processes using GitHub and Terraform; experience with cloud-native CI/CD solutions preferred.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cloud operations and incident resolution.
Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
