Job Summary

We are looking for a CA Qualified qualified to join our Finance & Accounts team as Manager – Finance & Accounts. The role involves supporting and managing key finance activities including accounting, GST, MIS, audits, reconciliations, budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and ledger review.
Ensure GST compliance, filings, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
Monitor billing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), ageing, and collections.
Handle bank reconciliations and banking-related activities.
Ensure timely monthly closing and finalization of accounts.
Monitor finance operations, expenses, and controls across branches and factories.
Review financial and management MIS.
Assist in budgeting and monitoring actuals against targets.
Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and payment planning.
Implement and monitor financial controls and SOP compliance.




Coordinate statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.
Support management with financial analysis and reports.
Assist in leading and coordinating the Finance & Accounts team.

Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).*
0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, taxation, and financial reporting.
Positive understanding of financial controls and audit processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel* and familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Willingness to learn and handle multiple finance functions.
