Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and safety standards.
Review daily site reports and resolve site-related issues.
Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.
Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.
Prepare and monitor project schedules and work plans.
Verify measurements, bills, and work completion.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved budget.
Report project status and major issues to management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
