About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Paper Bag / Paper Cup Machine Operator to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic paper bag / paper cups machines.

· Set up machines for production runs, including roll loading, tension setting, and print
registration adjustment.

· Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure consistent bag quality and printing
accuracy.

· Conduct basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams for
breakdowns or preventive maintenance.





· Ensure production targets are met while minimizing wastage and downtime.

· Maintain daily production reports and shift logs.

· Adhere to safety protocols, GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices), company SOPs.

· Collaborate with QC, Maintenance, Supply chain- Store department to achieve shift
target.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–5 years of experience in operating paper bag / paper cup machines (SOS/ Flat handle and Twisted handle) machine operation.
Basic understanding of printing inks, substrates, and machine maintenance.
Ability to identify and resolve minor mechanical issues on the shop floor.
Robust focus on quality, efficiency, and safety practices.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
