Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect to join CAPKON Builders & Developers. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, preparation of drawings, site coordination, and ensuring that projects are executed according to approved designs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs, concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Develop cutting-edge and practical design solutions based on project requirements.
Prepare and review working drawings, construction drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor the execution of architectural works.
Ensure that site work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Resolve design-related issues and provide necessary technical support to the site team.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project standards.




Review materials, finishes, and design details as per project requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project updates.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project deliverables.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3D visualization, or other relevant architectural software.
Robust knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, and building materials.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
