Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing & Planning Engineer to manage project planning, billing activities, progress monitoring, and coordination for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing client and subcontractor bills, project scheduling, quantity estimation, and ensuring timely execution as per project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:Planning Responsibilities:
Prepare project schedules, work programs, and progress plans using MS Project/Primavera.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors for execution planning.
Prepare manpower, machinery, and material planning reports.
Track project delays and suggest corrective actions.
Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and project dashboards.
Monitor project productivity and resource utilization.

Billing Responsibilities:
Prepare client RA bills and subcontractor bills.
Verify measurements and quantities executed at site.
Prepare BOQ comparisons and quantity reconciliation statements.




Coordinate with site and accounts departments for billing approvals.
Maintain billing records, invoices, and payment tracking.
Prepare variation statements and extra item claims.
Ensure timely submission of bills as per project milestones.

Coordination & Documentation:
Maintain project documentation and billing records.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors.
Assist in tender quantity analysis and cost tracking.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual terms.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–8 years of experience in construction billing and planning.
Experience in roads, highways, buildings, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera.
Positive understanding of construction drawings and execution processes.
Robust analytical and reporting skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
