Job Description

We are hiring a Fresher E-Commerce Business Analyst to support our online business operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in e-commerce, data analysis, and digital business strategies. The selected candidate will assist in analyzing business data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze e-commerce sales, traffic, and customer behavior data
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Track key performance indicators such as sales, conversion rate, and cart abandonment
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve website and marketplace performance
Support requirement gathering and documentation
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for data analysis
Maintain reports and dashboards using MS Excel or analytics tools

Required Skills & Qualifications




Any Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, Engineering, or related fields)
Basic understanding of e-commerce and online business models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel
Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is an added advantage
Hindi speaking is mandatory
Willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce domain

Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers or candidates with internship experience are welcome
Interest in e-commerce, analytics, or digital marketing
Ability to work with data and numbers
