Key Responsibilities
Production Planning: Design planting, irrigation, fertilizing, and harvesting schedules.
Resource & Supply Management: Purchase seeds, feed, fertilizers, and machinery.
Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and manage farm workers and field teams.
Quality & Health Control: Monitor crop health or livestock welfare and manage pest control.
Operations & Budgeting: Track inventory, manage operating budgets, and keep detailed production records.
Safety & Compliance: Follow environmental, health, and workplace safety rules.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
