Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks as per restaurant standards.
Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, and service area.
Ensure proper setup of the bar before and during service.
Maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, mixers, and other bar supplies.
Handle glassware, bar equipment, and ingredients carefully.
Coordinate with Captains, Stewards, and other service staff for smooth operations.
Provide friendly and professional service and attend to guest requests promptly.
Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene, safety, and responsible service standards.





Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, bar, or fine-dine establishment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to learn and follow restaurant standards and procedures.
