Position: Supervisor – Coco Peat Processing

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day coco peat processing activities, including pithbed operations, hydration, drying, sieving, and packing, ensuring smooth and effective production.
Manage and guide the production team, including Executives, operators, and helpers, by allocating work, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of daily production targets.
Monitor product quality by ensuring compliance with required standards for moisture content, particle size, cleanliness, packing, and overall product consistency.
Monitor machinery and equipment used in the processing operations and coordinate with the Maintenance Team to address breakdowns, maintenance requirements,



and operational issues.
Maintain and verify production records, including raw material usage, production output, wastage, quality checks, manpower, and machine downtime, and submit regular reports to the Reporting Manager.
Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, housekeeping, and operational procedures, while identifying production or quality issues and taking appropriate corrective action or escalating them to the concerned authority.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
