Job Summary

Zayraa Gold and Diamonds is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, robust attention to detail, and the ability to handle financial transactions confidentially and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions regularly.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.




Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial information.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Previous experience as an Accountant is preferred.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel is preferred.
Knowledge of GST and basic taxation will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
