Merchandiser

Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product development, order coordination, production follow-up, and timely delivery while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers, clients, suppliers, and production teams.- Understand customer requirements and product specifications.- Prepare and maintain product, order, and production details.- Follow up on samples, approvals, production, and deliveries.- Coordinate with design and production teams for product development.- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.- Conduct quality checks and coordinate with the quality team to resolve issues.- Track raw materials, trims, accessories, and other production requirements.- Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, approvals,



and deliveries.- Communicate regularly with clients regarding order status and requirements.- Identify production delays and coordinate corrective actions.- Prepare regular merchandising and order status reports.- Ensure products are delivered according to required quality, quantity, and timelines.
Required Skills
Positive communication and negotiation skills.- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.- Positive knowledge of production and merchandising processes.- Strong attention to detail.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualification
Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Business, or a related field preferred.- 1–5 years of relevant merchandising experience preferred.- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
