Manage and maximize sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Handle product listings, ensuring they are optimized and up-to-date on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
Upload, optimize, and modify current and existing product listings on various e-commerce websites.
Coordinate with seller support for any issues related to listings, approvals, returns, copyrights, and account management.
Analyze and monitor the progress of seller accounts across different platforms.
Manage returns and address any customer grievances effectively.
Monitor customer ratings and reviews, responding to them promptly.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer queries related to billing, product issues, service questions, and website queries.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.

Required Skills:




Excellent communication skills and knowledge relevant to e-commerce.
Must have completed an e-commerce course (preferred in platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart).
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Experience: No prior experience required, but completion of an e-commerce course is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
