Contract Backend Engineer

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Backend Engineer on a 6-month contract to develop, enhance, and maintain Mykare’s backend applications and services. The role will focus on delivering scalable APIs, integrations, and backend features within defined project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Develop backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
Work with SQL databases, Kafka, and cloud platforms.
Develop features based on product and technical requirements.
Debug and resolve application and production issues.
Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams.




Follow best practices for Git, Docker, CI/CD, testing, and code quality.

Skills Required
Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Kafka, and Microservices.
Understanding of System Design and OOPS.
Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and CI/CD.
Valuable problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines.
Node.js knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
