Job Purpose

The Inventory & Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining complete, accurate and up-to-date records of all merchandise movement within the company.

The role will ensure that every item entering, leaving, being returned, or sent for/received from job work is properly documented and recorded in the inventory system strictly as per the Company's SOP.

The person will be the custodian of inventory movement data and documentation.

Job Responsibility
Manage and maintain complete inventory records as per Company SOP.
Enter and process all purchase bills/inward stock, including item-wise details and photographs.
Enter and process all sales bills/outward stock as per SOP.
Record and process purchase returns and return memos.
Maintain complete item-wise records of job work given and received.
Ensure photographs are taken, correctly linked and maintained for applicable items.
Track and reconcile all inventory movements between physical stock and system records.
Identify and report stock discrepancies, missing documentation and process deviations.




Maintain all required inventory-related records, reports and documentation.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and Job Workers for timely and accurate inventory updates.

Core Accountability: Every item entering, leaving, being returned or sent for job work must be accurately documented, photographed where required, and recorded in the system as per Company SOP.

Pay: ₹9,999.78 - ₹21,000.00 per month
