Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates using job boards, social channels, and skilled networks.
HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation, and manage HRMIS/database systems.
2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in recruitment and general HR operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
