We are looking for a hands-on DC Manager to manage end-to-end operations of our Fruits & Vegetables Distribution Centre supplying Quick Commerce, Hotels, Restaurants & Supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end DC operations – receiving, sorting, grading, packing, storage & dispatch.
Lead and manage the DC operations team, including manpower planning and shift management.
Ensure 100% order accuracy and timely dispatch as per customer requirements.
Monitor freshness, quality, wastage & shrinkage of fruits and vegetables.
Drive waste reduction and cost optimization across DC operations.
Maintain proper inventory, stock reconciliation and FIFO/FEFO practices.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics and customers for smooth daily operations.
Establish SOPs for quality control, hygiene, packing and dispatch.
Track daily KPIs including wastage %, productivity, order accuracy,



fulfilment and operational cost.
Handle operational issues proactively and ensure smooth functioning of the DC.

Candidate Profile
2–5 years experience in F&V; DC/Warehouse/Distribution operations.
Experience in Fresh Fruits & Vegetables is preferred.
Strong team handling and leadership skills.
Comfortable working in versatile/early-morning shifts.
Valuable understanding of inventory, wastage control, packing & dispatch operations.
Hands-on, responsible and problem-solving mindset.
Willing to work in a rapid-paced startup environment.
