About the Role

Countrywide Visas is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into clients.

Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or visa/immigration consultancy will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and assigned leads through calls and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about our visa and immigration services.
Follow up with potential clients regularly and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.




Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams for smooth client processing.
Provide timely updates to clients throughout the sales process.
Ensure professional and customer-focused communication at all times.

Requirements
Fresher to 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
Robust follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates from sales, insurance, banking, real estate, education, travel, or immigration backgrounds are welcome.
