Civil Engineer – Building Construction Site

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and execute day-to-day civil and building construction activities at site.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and site teams.
Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring and other building construction activities.
Check quality of construction materials and workmanship.
Read and interpret civil drawings, structural drawings and construction plans.
Monitor manpower, materials and equipment required for site activities.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Coordinate with the planning and project teams to achieve daily and weekly targets.




Check measurements and support preparation of quantity/BOQ records.
Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers for timely resolution.
Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the construction site.
Monitor work progress and report delays or deviations to management.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of building construction and civil site execution.
Valuable knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry and finishing works.
Ability to read civil and structural drawings.
Knowledge of quantity estimation, measurements and BOQ.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic construction software.
Robust site supervision, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
