Role & Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and monitor mining operations, production, and excavation activities.
Ensure protected and effective extraction, handling, loading, transportation, and processing of minerals.
Monitor mine production, equipment utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with operators, contractors, geologists, safety, maintenance, and other departments.
Conduct regular mine inspections and ensure compliance with mining safety rules, statutory regulations, and company procedures.
Maintain production reports, shift reports, mine records, and operational documentation.
Monitor drilling, blasting, excavation, haulage, and material handling activities, as applicable.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance coordination of mining machinery and heavy equipment.




Support mine planning, resource utilization, cost control, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure proper housekeeping, environmental practices, PPE usage, and workplace safety.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of mining operations, mine safety, production planning, drilling, blasting, excavation, and material handling.
Familiarity with mining machinery, heavy earth-moving equipment, and mine operations.
Good understanding of DGMS regulations, mine safety, statutory compliance, and environmental practices.

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
