We are looking for a creative, organized and hands-on skilled to lead both the creative and operational aspects of our premium gifting and hamper business.

Key Responsibilities:-
Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for hampers, platters, gifting and packaging.
Oversee orders from concept to final execution and dispatch.
Manage the creative, production and packing teams.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
Manage inventory, production schedules and deadlines.
Ensure high standards of quality, aesthetics and finishing.
Develop effective systems and processes for smoother operations.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Identify problems proactively and take ownership of their resolution.

Robust team and vendor management abilities.
Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to be hands-on and take complete ownership.

Most importantly: someone who can think creatively, manage efficiently and take complete ownership from idea to execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
