Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to hotel guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns courteously.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
Process guest bills and payments accurately.
Follow hotel standards for service, hygiene, and grooming.

Requirements




Minimum 1 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant. Freshers can also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Experience using POS systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of English is preferred; Malayalam and Hindi are an added advantage.
