Experience: Same-domain Home Loan Team Leader/Sales experience required.
Location: Noida Sector 2, Near 15 Metro Station.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate the Home Loan sales team
Achieve monthly sales targets
Monitor team performance and lead conversions
Guide team members and improve productivity
Handle customer/lead escalations and follow-ups
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
