We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are eager to build a career in product design, manufacturing, and production engineering. The successful candidate will support engineering projects, prepare technical drawings, assist in process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities
Create and modify 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Support product design, development, and engineering change activities.
Assist in production planning and manufacturing process improvements.
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety,



and company standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Perform other engineering tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and GD&T.;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
