Job Description

· Timely Handling & Managing all kind of land and projects Sale Deed and Satakhat Drafting and registration & Preparation of all kind of legal documents i.e. POA, agreements, deeds, bonds, affidavits etc. as per instructions

· Co-ordinate with BOA for timely completion of work.

· Ensure timely All Land Title Clearance & Deed Procedure as per instructions

· Handling & Managing for completion of master file of lands and projects

· Handling all kind of office’s Legal & Liaison Documents work

· Manage All kind of Agency Agreement Extra work Agreement & etc. Drafting & Agency Related Compliance.

· Ensure Projects RERA Related Working, filling & query resolving as per instructions.

· Timely complete Property /Land/ Projects Title verification and Search Works

· Carry out and manage Society registration procedures

· Documentation filling management project specific.





· Carry out any other work as and when asked by immediate Senior/Management

Job Specification
Minimum 2 years of experience of working in revenue/Stamping department
Excellent knowledge of legal law and procedure
Excellent legal drafting and communications skills and proficiency in English and other languages (written & spoken)
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, managing deadlines to meet management expectations
Sound judgment and ability to analyse situations, facts and information, and full comprehension of the external setting which influences the Company’s business operations
Solid interpersonal and presentation skills with effective communication at all levels of the organization and the ability to maintain solid relationships within various function

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
